Home Watch Athens membership plans start at €99 per month for one scheduled visit, €149 per month for two visits, and €249 per month for four visits. All plans follow the same comprehensive inspection checklist — only the visit frequency changes. A one-time onboarding fee of €100 applies for new clients. Prices exclude Greek VAT (24%). Additional services such as maintenance coordination, bill payment, and building representation are available at extra cost and quoted in advance.

Every visit is documented with timestamped photos sent via WhatsApp. Beyond inspections, members have access to maintenance coordination and contractor oversight, utility bill payment and monitoring, building meeting representation, pre-arrival cleaning and preparation, insurance oversight, and emergency response coordination.
Yes - properties visited infrequently are the ones most at risk. Most Greek home insurance policies include vacancy clauses that can void your coverage if a property is left unattended for more than 30 to 60 consecutive days. Beyond insurance, unoccupied homes develop problems silently: leaks, humidity, pest infestations, and blocked drains can escalate into serious damage when no one is monitoring. We cover all of Athens and the wider Attica region, including Central Athens, Kolonaki, Pagrati, Koukaki, the Athens Riviera corridor (Faliro, Elliniko, Glyfada, Voula, Vouliagmeni, Varkiza), the northern suburbs (Kifisia, Ekali, Psychiko, Marousi, Chalandri), and surrounding areas.
