No. This service is built for private holiday homes that stay exclusively yours — no guests, no rental turnover, no strangers with keys. Yanis is the sole keyholder. If you ever decide you want your property to earn income between your stays, we offer a separate, fully supervised short-let management service, but the two never mix without your explicit decision.
We cover all of Athens and the wider Attica region, including Central Athens, Kolonaki, Pagrati, Koukaki, the Athens Riviera corridor (Faliro, Elliniko, Glyfada, Voula, Vouliagmeni, Varkiza), and the northern suburbs (Kifisia, Ekali, Psychiko, Marousi, Chalandri, Nea Erithrea, Filothei).
