Home Watch Athens membership plans start at €99 per month for one scheduled visit, €149 per month for two visits, and €249 per month for four visits. All plans follow the same comprehensive inspection checklist — only the visit frequency changes. A one-time onboarding fee of €100 applies for new clients. Prices exclude Greek VAT (24%). Additional services such as maintenance coordination, bill payment, and building representation are available at extra cost and quoted in advance.
